Donald Trump is my president because he puts America first.
He believes in the security and stability of this country. If that involves banning travel from problematic countries, then so be it.
And now, the Commander-in-Chief wants to make the U.S. even safer — by adding more countries to the travel ban list.
In fact, there are 7 nations that might be on the hot seat.
And according to the Department of Homeland Security, each one of those countries have very shady histories.
If those nations pose any sort of threat to America, they should be on the list! Wouldn’t you agree?
Via The Daily Wire (citing the Associated Press):
President Donald Trump is reportedly considering ramping up the number of countries that are on the travel ban list, which targets countries that have strong ties to terrorism.
…the expanded travel ban list was ‘timed to coincide with the third anniversary of Trump’s January 2017 executive order’ and reportedly included up to seven new countries.
I’m all for it!
I support legal immigration but certain countries are definitely questionable. Even dangerous.
According to the AP report, countries on the proposed expansion list “include allies that fall short on certain security measures.”
As a result, DHS wants to impose more travel restrictions. It’s a logical step to take, as far as I’m concerned.
And why shouldn’t they? Don’t we have a right to increase national security?
Clearly, we should protect ourselves. And in turn, we need to restrict travel from countries that have produced enemies of the United States.
Right now, the travel ban list includes Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen, Venezuela and North Korea.
I wonder what the 7 new countries will be… Maybe other Middle East countries like Iraq will be added.
In the end, President Trump only wants to protect this country. For instance, this includes keeping dangerous people OUT.
And again, I’m all for it!
